About Us
UTM Holdings Sdn Bhd (UTMH) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a renowned public research university in Malaysia. UTMH was established in 2010, with the primary commercial focus in various operations and services including investments which provides sustainable profits and return on assets.
The core activities include property and facilities management, project management, hospitality, research commercialisation and ICT innovation. Whilst the company aggressively embarks on various project initiatives and innovations in order to be progressive, creating growth and sustainability, it remains prudent in maintaining a healthy balance sheet and a positive cashflow.
Responsibility, passion for innovation, teamwork and integrity are some of the key elements that the company operates on and continues to build a successful business unit and bridging a connective business environment with our customers and stakeholders. UTMH staff strength now stands at just over 100 people and has been recording steady financial growth over the years.
